Yes. Standard shipping is free for orders over $50 while FREE EXPRESS shipping is for all orders over $75:

If you notice an error on your delivery address please contact as us soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make the changes but we will do our best. If your parcel has already been sent and 'returned to sender' a re-postage fee will be charged.
We do not exchange, refund or cancel for change of mind.
If an item has arrived damaged you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the goods to arrange a replacement. Photos of the damaged goods along with packaging are required before we can proceed. Damaged items must be returned before a replacement/credit can be issued.
Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that a change of order details or cancellation can be processed. Please ensure delivery and order details are correct prior to making payment.
Yes! Our products have been formulated to suit skin types not genders.
Our creams, serums and soaps/washes are natural. Where possible we use natural, organic, certified organic, COSMOS and Ecocert ingredients. Aloe Vera gels are created with carbomer and stabilising agents and are approx 97% natural.
The majority of our products are vegan except for Naked Nights (which contains beeswax) and of course our products that contain goats milk.

Yes! When you use new products it can be normal for your skin to 'purge' particularly if the products contain actives that promote cell turnover. Existing congestion, excess sebum, buildup etc has to be expelled before the new healthy cells show themselves.
Yes. Every product has been formulated to suit sensitive skin. Please contact us if you are unsure oy anything before purchasing.
We advise to use all products within 6 months of opening.
